World Series vs World Cup

MEMO to Major Media TV Outlets

Major League Baseballs' World Series has seen a decline in households viewers for the second year in a row. Below is an article with the statistics.

However, this summer the World Cup broke every record for U.S. households viewing soccer on TV. ESPN and media experts were 'shocked' by the Neilson figures. Check out the article below for figures.

Globalization in sports is in full force and baseball is its first victim.

Women's College Soccer on Fox

MEMO: Fox Soccer Channel

Fox Soccer aired Women's College Soccer tonight on 'Primetime Hours.' The game was between Cal State Fullerton and Cal State Long Beach. There must have been less than 50 people in the stands.

I'm not going to insult these players or women's soccer. I respect the hard work these soccer players have gone through and the sacrifces they've made.

Is this the best programming for Fox Soccer?
