Poll Results: MLS ALL-STAR Game
Posted July 20, 2007 Posted Under: Objectivo PollOf the 177 people that voted on yesterday's poll regarding the winner of the MLS All-Star game, almost 70% of the votes went to the MLS players. The other 30% of the votes went to Celtic United. I was with the first half of the voters, and not just because they were right. I think our best players verses a Scottish team, would win 8 out of 10 times. And although there's the argument that they are not fit yet (which can contribute to some of their play), they have a Champions League qualifier game in two weeks. With all that said, I feel the MLS players really played well, and really controlled the tempo of the game.
