SuperLiga Poll Results
Posted July 30, 2007 Posted Under: Objectivo PollWe had a great turn out for this SuperLiga poll. We asked everyone if they thought an MLS side would win the inaugural SuperLiga, or if a Mexican Primera Division team would win the trophy. So far, who ever organized this tournament loves the fact that there are good, hard-fought games being played, even a few red cards to increase the rivalry for future SuperLiga tournaments. Fans of both sides are seeing victories and defeats, which is only good for everyone involved.
As for our poll, it seems we possibly have more MLS fans voting, or MPD fans that feel there teams are still not game-fit. I’m not sure which one it is, and I’m certainly not taking anything away from the MLS teams involved. Of the 377 people who voted, 91% said that the one of the four MLS sides would win the new tournament. 9% of you voted for a MPD side to win. Stay tuned to Objectivo for the latest on the SuperLiga as it is only the quarterfinals.
