Mexico to Change Jersey Colors

Apparently the Mexican National Team players are having a tough time distinguishing the green jerseys from the grass, Mexican coach Hugo Sanchez claimed.

Mexico will now wear white jerseys for home games and red for away games. It seems that Sanchez feels that the green jerseys made it seem like there were less players on the field, and now it will seem like there are 12 or 13 players?

Now if Sanchez wanted the team to change colors, why didn't he just say so? Saying that the players get confused because the grass is green too, is ridiculous. Our guess is that Mexico is desperate to come up with excuses to why they get dominated by the Americans.
